I have had plenty of tutees improve from D's to B's and B's to A+'s. Even more gratifying is seeing my students grow in confidence and come to enjoy math once they finally get it! I take the pressure off, trying to make students laugh often to eliminate anxiety. I will never let them insist that they are bad at a subject. I get along very well with all students, and firmly believe in a combination of hard work and a "you can do this" attitude.
