For the last three years, I have tutored students in all areas of math. I began tutoring some classes while I was in college, primarily trigonometry, geometry, algebra, and calculus. I graduated with a degree in Mathematics Education. I was in Florida for about a year, and while in Palm Beach County, I taught English as a second language. I have since moved back to the Roanoke, Virginia area. I enjoy helping my students overcome their math challenges to achieve their maximum potential. I am a very patient and easy going person, and I feel that helps with the tutoring of my students. I can help you prepare to take the ACT, or assist you with algebra, calculus, geometry, English, or trigonometry. When I have free time, I love going swing dancing, listening to live music, meeting new people, and trying new foods. I enjoy reading, hiking, Netflix, and dogs.
